Finishing Works Chief
Job Description:
- Ensuring project and team coordination.
- To ensure that the construction works in the projects he is responsible for are carried out in accordance with the work schedule, targeted budget and quality.
- Controlling the manufacturing drawings and monitoring the operations between the design office and the field in the projects he is responsible for.
- To control the fine manufacturing in the project/works he/she is responsible for.
- To ensure that the work is completed within the targeted time in accordance with the project and technical specifications.
- To examine the relevant progress payments of subcontractors.
- Preparing progress/status reports regarding the works for which he is responsible.
- Examining the problems that arise in the application and providing solutions and carrying out technical checks.
Required Qualifications:
For our Hotel Renovation and Hangar Projects under construction in Tekirdağ - Çorlu, we are looking for a 'Finishing Works Supervisor' living in Tekirdağ, Çorlu or Çerkezköy locations, with the following qualifications.
- Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of universities,
- At least 7-10 years of experience,
- Preferably with experience in hotels and industrial buildings,
- Having active field experience, manufacturing knowledge and team management in fine construction works,
- Having knowledge of quality and occupational safety issues,
- Able to use Autocad and MS Office programs effectively,
- Having surveying, quantity surveying, design and detail analysis skills,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours and intense work tempo,
- For male candidates, they have completed their military service,
- Have planning and coordination skills,
- Have strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
