Duties and Responsibilities: Accounting and tracking of costs and expenses of construction projects.
Organizing and checking daily accounting records.
Checking and reconciling subcontractor, supplier and subcontractor accounts.
Following up VAT, withholding tax, SSI and other legal obligations and preparing declarations.
Execution of progress payment, allowance and invoicing processes. Preparation of financial reports and presentation to management.
Accounting for bank transactions and tracking cash flow.
Providing support in tax and audit processes.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of universities from Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related departments.
At least 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in Uniform Chart of Accounts, Tax Procedure Law, SSI and other accounting legislation.
Able to use ERP, Logo and similar accounting programs. Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel). Prone to teamwork and developed analytical thinking skills.
Detail oriented and problem solving ability.
Qualifications that will be preferred:
Having a CPA certificate.
Being specialized in uniform chart of accounts and construction accounting.
Having experience in progress payment processes and commitment accounting.
