Construction Site Foreman
Job Description:
- To distribute the work of the personnel reporting to him in the field.
- To ensure that there are enough teams and machines for the work to be done in the field.
- Keeping the scorecard of the employees under his/her responsibility.
- Supervising the execution of construction works at the site in accordance with the work schedule and in a planned manner.
- To carry out field/site construction works in accordance with the project from the beginning to the completion of the projects, and to supervise/supervise all field/site construction works.
- To ensure that subcontractors carry out their work in accordance with the contract/project and details and to constantly supervise and control them.
- To use and ensure that the tools, equipment and materials given to the construction site are used appropriately and correctly.
Required Qualifications:
For our ongoing Hotel Renovation and Hangar Projects in Tekirdağ - Çorlu, we are looking for a 'Construction Site Foreman' living in Tekirdağ, Çorlu or Çerkezköy locations and having the following qualifications.
- At least high school graduate,
- 15 years of experience in rough work,
- Able to use MS Office and AutoCad programs,
- For male candidates, we are looking for teammates who have completed their military service.
