Ensuring that all guests' luggage is delivered to their rooms as quickly as possible upon check-in,
Providing guests with information about rooms, restaurants, bars, and other facilities in accordance with the established standards during check-in,
Ensuring that messages, documents, and guest belongings are delivered to their rooms under the supervision of the reception office,
Taking care of the maintenance and cleanliness of the luggage room and its equipment (e.g., luggage carts) and informing the relevant persons in case of required repairs.
Required Qualifications:
At least B1 level of English proficiency.
At least 2 years of experience in the tourism industry,
Graduates of universities' Tourism and Hospitality Management or related departments.
Holder of a Class B driver's license and an active vehicle user,
Able to effectively use communication skills and express themselves clearly,
Successful in interpersonal relationships and pays attention to personal appearance,
Committed to maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and quality,
Able to manage the guest greeting and farewell process in a polite and professional manner,
Team-oriented,
Flexible and able to adapt to intense working hours,
Preferably completed military service for male candidates,
Residing or willing to reside in Tekirdağ / Çorlu.
