Job Description:

  • Place washed items on shelves and in designated areas,
  • Ensure the daily cleaning needs of departments and service equipment are met,
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of dishwashing machines,
  • Regularly dispose of waste, including trash, crates, and cardboard, from designated areas,
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of areas assigned by the stewarding supervisor,
  • Clean and polish silver, copper, and stainless steel equipment,
  • Adhere to all hygiene standards and occupational safety regulations during cleaning procedures,
  • Be responsible for the cleanliness of storage areas and cabinets,
  • Work in compliance with hotel rules and department procedures,
  • Report and document any broken or damaged items to the stewarding supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum primary school education,
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role,
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards and chemical usage,
  • Dynamic, team-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills,
  • Pays attention to personal hygiene and professional appearance,
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed.
