Job Description:

  • Ensure that products in the hot, cold, breakfast, pastry, and A La Carte kitchens are prepared and presented according to content and quality standards.
  • Adhere to food safety, kitchen production standards, and company procedures.
  • Prepare and present products in compliance with company and brand standards.
  • Ensure proper storage of all ingredients according to regulations and follow stock management rules.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the same position in 5-star hotels within the tourism and hospitality industry.
  • Experience in the relevant kitchen section.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Guest satisfaction-focused with a service-minded approach.
  • Possesses a friendly and positive attitude towards customer service.
  • Knowledge of hygiene regulations and personal cleanliness.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and shift schedules.
