Ensure the preparation and presentation of bakery products in accordance with content and quality standards,
Oversee the production processes of baked goods, pastries, cakes (both fresh and dry), ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety regulations,
Adhere to food safety, kitchen production standards, and company procedures,
Prepare and present products in line with company and operational standards,
Ensure the proper storage of all materials in accordance with regulations and comply with stock management guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in the same position in the tourism and hospitality sector in 5-star hotels,
Preferably a graduate of Vocational High Schools in Tourism, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts,
Experience in the production of fresh cakes, dry cakes, bread, and pastries,
Proficient in bakery presentation and varieties,
Creative in buffet preparation and layout,
Holds professional qualification certificates,
Pays attention to hygiene rules and personal cleanliness,
Values quality standards in the kitchen,
Capable of adapting to a high-paced work environment,
Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
Presentable with a focus on guest satisfaction,
Male candidates must have completed military service.
