Mechanical Works Chief
Job Description:
- Being responsible for all manufacturing within its scope, predicting the risks and problems that may occur during manufacturing and reporting them to a higher authority.
- To manage within the required quality and occupational safety scopes in accordance with the relevant work program.
- Approving the productions made and reporting any nonconformities.
- To carry out the follow-ups assigned to the works regarding their compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- To ensure field control and coordination of the material.
- Performing subcontractor and/or team management.
- Checking and reporting subcontractor progress payments in line with the completed productions.
- Checking daily, weekly and monthly reports from subcontractors and providing intervention if necessary.
- Reporting nonconformities.
- Preparation of quantities, ensuring that testing and commissioning processes are actively carried out.
Required Qualifications:
We are looking for a 'Mechanical Works Supervisor' with the following qualifications, living in Tekirdağ, Çorlu or Çerkezköy locations, for our Hotel Renovation and Hangar Projects under construction in Tekirdağ - Çorlu.
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
- At least 10 years of experience in Superstructure projects,
- Having field experience especially in Heating, Cooling, Ventilation Installations, Building Mechanical Automation,
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD programs,
- Proficient in manufacturing, assembly, testing and commissioning,
