Hotel Steward (Dishwashing Staff)
Job Description:
- Place washed items on shelves and in designated areas,
- Ensure the daily cleaning needs of departments and service equipment are met,
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of dishwashing machines,
- Regularly dispose of waste, including trash, crates, and cardboard, from designated areas,
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of areas assigned by the stewarding supervisor,
- Clean and polish silver, copper, and stainless steel equipment,
- Adhere to all hygiene standards and occupational safety regulations during cleaning procedures,
- Be responsible for the cleanliness of storage areas and cabinets,
- Work in compliance with hotel rules and department procedures,
- Report and document any broken or damaged items to the stewarding supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum primary school education,
- At least one year of experience in a similar role,
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and chemical usage,
- Dynamic, team-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills,
- Pays attention to personal hygiene and professional appearance,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed.
