Daily PDKS follow-up, annual leaves, paid and unpaid, follow-up of absence and rest reports and tracking of these documents.
Keeping track of personnel payroll, timely processing of payroll, salary payments and social rights. Following up and accruing enforcement, advance and BES transactions.
Required Qualifications:
Graduated from relevant departments of the university, At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources operations,
Preferably with good knowledge of English language, Able to take responsibility and work proactively,
People and service oriented, strong communication skills, development oriented,
Highly motivated to manage operational tasks,
Good knowledge of MS Office, Ability to work and collaborate with different teams,
