Job Description: 

  • Following up and implementing legal regulations.
  • Execution of processes in accordance with current legislation and internal procedures.
  • Carrying out all processes related to personnel recruitment and exit.
  • Preparation and updating of personnel personnel files.
  • Conducting and reporting personnel processes in digital and physical environments.
  • Daily PDKS follow-up, annual leaves, paid and unpaid, follow-up of absence and rest reports and tracking of these documents.
  • Keeping track of personnel payroll, timely processing of payroll, salary payments and social rights. Following up and accruing enforcement, advance and BES transactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduated from relevant departments of the university, At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources operations,
  • Preferably with good knowledge of English language, Able to take responsibility and work proactively,
  • People and service oriented, strong communication skills, development oriented,
  • Highly motivated to manage operational tasks,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Ability to work and collaborate with different teams,
  • For male candidates, those who have completed their military service,
  • Residing / able to reside in Tekirdağ / Çorlu,
