Job Description:
 

  • Ensure the preparation and presentation of bakery products in accordance with content and quality standards,
  • Oversee the production processes of baked goods, pastries, cakes (both fresh and dry), ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety regulations,
  • Adhere to food safety, kitchen production standards, and company procedures,
  • Prepare and present products in line with company and operational standards,
  • Ensure the proper storage of all materials in accordance with regulations and comply with stock management guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the same position in the tourism and hospitality sector in 5-star hotels,
  • Preferably a graduate of Vocational High Schools in Tourism, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts,
  • Experience in the production of fresh cakes, dry cakes, bread, and pastries,
  • Proficient in bakery presentation and varieties,
  • Creative in buffet preparation and layout,
  • Holds professional qualification certificates,
  • Pays attention to hygiene rules and personal cleanliness,
  • Values quality standards in the kitchen,
  • Capable of adapting to a high-paced work environment,
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
  • Presentable with a focus on guest satisfaction,
  • Male candidates must have completed military service.
