Hotel Restaurant Waiter
Job Description:
- Taking guests' food and drink orders, providing information about the menu and making suggestions.
- Serving meals and drinks to the tables and meeting the needs of the guests.
- Ensuring the order of the tables and placing service elements such as tablecloths, plates and cutlery.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, keeping tables and other areas tidy.
- Establishing positive relationships with guests, listening to feedback and offering solution suggestions.
- Preparing accounts, presenting them to guests and receiving payments.
- Contributing to team work.
Required Qualifications:
- University Associate's Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, Hotel Management or Gastronomy,
- Has experience as a waiter in fine dining restaurants,
- Have a good level of English language knowledge,
- Focused on high level guest satisfaction,
- Attentive to personal care, good diction, high communication skills,
- For male candidates, those who have completed their military service,
- We are looking for teammates who reside/can reside in Tekirdağ / Çorlu.
