Construction Site Design Office Architect
Job Description:
- He will personally make architectural application projects, architectural detail solutions and drawings, and shopdrawing drawings at the construction site.
- Existing architecture will make static, mechanical and electrical superpositions.
- Asbuilt will monitor and coordinate the projects.
Required Qualifications:
For our projects in the ongoing Industrial Facility Constructions in Tekirdağ - Çorlu, we are looking for a 'Construction Site Design Office Architect' who lives in Tekirdağ, Çorlu or Çerkezköy locations and has the following qualifications.
- Graduated from the Architecture department of universities,
- At least 8 years of experience in the field,
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bim, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max and MS Office programs,
- Strong representation and communication skills,
- Has problem solving ability,
- Prone to teamwork,
- No travel restrictions,
- Proficient in the preparation of architectural application projects, detail and manufacturing solutions,
- Able to carry out interdisciplinary coordination of projects (able to make superpositions of architectural, static, mechanical and electrical projects),
- Experienced in construction site and/or application design office,
- Will be able to control the shop drawing of our ongoing project,
- Will follow as-built processes,
- Having knowledge of the regulations and specification processes in the field,
- We are looking for a teammate who is competent in reporting and presentation skills.
