Construction Site Design Office Chief
We are looking for an Architect to be assigned as the Construction Site Design Office Chief for the Baykar Technology Çorlu Campus construction project, which is being carried out by EDYA Teknik Yapı San. Tic. A.Ş. next to Çorlu Airport in the Çorlu district of Tekirdağ. The project includes aircraft hangars, production and maintenance facilities, and office buildings.
Job Description:
- Developing details for the application works in different disciplines carried out at the construction site in accordance with quality, budget, and time targets.
- Preparing application projects by superimposing architectural, static, electrical, mechanical, and automation projects based on the project specifications for the manufacturing works to be carried out at the construction site.
- Ensuring coordination between the central design office and the construction site application units.
- Providing services related to the professional field in compliance with laws, regulations, and professional ethics, or ensuring such services are provided.
- Creating details by checking the compliance of all materials to be used in construction with the contract and specifications.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a university.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in construction site application and design office, with expertise in office, industrial building, hangar, and residential projects; proficient in construction site applications.
- Ability to offer alternative solutions in some projects, with the knowledge and experience to do so.
- Must have completed at least two projects from start to finish.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
- Strong managerial skills, effective communication abilities, high representation skills, solution-oriented, and organized in work.
- Skilled in measurement, evaluation, reporting, and management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and office software.
- Capable of preparing technical specifications based on project requirements, and able to create takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Experienced in managing employees, suppliers, and subcontractors; capable of working in a team, possessing leadership qualities, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Male candidates should not have any military obligations.
- Residing in Çorlu or able to stay at the construction site (in the technical staff camp).
