Construction Site Mechanical Chief
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team as the Mechanical Department Manager for the construction of aircraft hangars, production maintenance facilities, and office buildings in the Baykar Technology Çorlu Campus construction project, which is being developed by Edya Technical Construction Industry and Trade Inc. next to Çorlu Airport in the Çorlu district of Tekirdağ province.
Job Description:
- To provide business discipline, to take precautions.
- Delivery of application works in different disciplines performed on the construction site in accordance with quality, budget and time targets, creation of a business plan and program taking into account the requirements, duration and budget of the work.
- Ensuring coordination between construction site management, consultants and other disciplines, managing subcontractor relationships, correctly understanding their expectations and needs and responding Decently to them.
- Ensuring coordination with the Central Office support units, providing the necessary reports (field production, productivity, shop drawing, entitlement, etc.) to be done fully, correctly and on time.
- To produce and ensure the production of services in accordance with the laws, regulations and professional ethics rules related to the issues falling within the field of profession.
- Ensuring the progress of the manufacturing works to be carried out on the construction site in accordance with the terms of the contract.
- To check and ensure the compliance of all materials used in manufacturing with the contract and specifications.
- To provide the necessary organization and assignment for the fulfillment of the daily operations of the construction site.
- Assessment of occupational health safety and environmental risks, taking necessary measures, supervision and control.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree graduates of mechanical engineering departments of universities,
- He has at least 15 years of construction site experience, has the knowledge and experience to interpret apron construction, industrial building, hangar and residential projects Heating, cooling, ventilation, fire and sanitary installation, natural gas and mechanical automation projects,
- Having the knowledge and experience to offer alternative suggestions in some projects,
- To have delivered the project by taking charge from the beginning to the end in at least four projects,
- Has the ability to think analytically, solve problems and analyze data,
- Developed managerial skills, able to communicate effectively, strong representation ability, solution-oriented, planned employee,
- Having the ability to measure, evaluate, report and manage,
- Master AutoCAD and office programs,
- Will be able to prepare technical specifications in accordance with project requests and create exploration and cost,
- Experienced in employee, supplier and subcontractor management, prone to teamwork, bearing the characteristics of a leader, will be able to communicate well with all employees from the highest to the lowest level,
- Not related to military service.
