Technical Office Engineer
Job Description:
- Carrying out quantity surveying and surveying studies.
- Supplier and Contractor company Preparation of tender packages.
- Carrying out the control and approval process of progress payments.
- To follow the prepared work program by entering the realization information (completion percentages of activities, actual start, end dates, etc.) into the program.
- To identify critical activities and to track delays that occur during the work flow according to the work schedule.
- Planning the amount and duration of resources (machinery, human resources, materials, subcontractors, etc.) that will be needed during the project.
- Creating and updating the project budget (Revenue, Expense and Cash Flow).
- To follow the realization of the project budget.
- Preparing and monitoring daily and monthly reports, identifying deviations, analyzing and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
We are looking for a 'Technical Office Engineer' with the following qualifications, living in Tekirdağ, Çorlu or Çerkezköy locations, for our ongoing Hotel Renovation and Hangar Projects in Tekirdağ - Çorlu.
- Graduated from the "Civil Engineering" Department of universities,
- At least 5 years of experience in the technical office department,
- Experienced in superstructure projects,
- Participated in at least 1 project in the relevant department from beginning to end,
- Within the Technical Office; Experienced in quantity surveying, surveying, comparative surveying, work schedule preparation, budget follow-up, Subcontractor company tenders and contracts,
- Having carried out cost control, progress payment and final accounting studies,
- Able to make payroll and man-hour work schedules, progress payments and comparison tables,
- Knowledge of new unit price analyzes and construction work specifications,
- Able to use AutoCad and MS Office programs well,
- Proficient in Primavera P6, Ms Project programs,
- Have problem solving and decision making skills,
- Prone to teamwork, analytical thinking ability, responsible,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours in the construction site environment,
- Have reporting and data analysis capabilities,
