In order to apply for a job with our company, you must visit our website (kariyer.edyakariyer.com). When you click on the "Career" button on our website, you will be directed to the Edya Yapı Career screen. You can view our positions by clicking on the "Open Positions" heading, and you can reach our "Job Application" form by clicking the "Apply" button at the bottom of the advertisement you want to submit your application to. When you fill in the information in the form and upload the relevant documents (Resume, Transcript and Cover Letter) and click the "Send" button, your job application will be completed.

You can submit your job applications to our company through our "Website".

All candidates who have applied for a job in our company receive feedback regarding their application status.

If your process related to your job application that you submitted to our company has been completed, you can apply for a job again with us.

If you want to apply for a job with our company on behalf of the same position for which you were evaluated before, you can re-apply “6 months after your application is negative”. There is no time limit for different positions.

You can submit your application to all of our positions you want to apply for, there are no restrictions.

As a result of the evaluation of our Human Resources and technical teams, online or face-to-face interviews are carried out with our candidates whose preliminary evaluation processes are positive, taking into account the position they have applied for. Technical exams can also be applied during our interviews. As a result of the evaluations, our candidates are provided with feedback regarding their applications.

If the position you want to apply for has a bachelor's degree, it will be appropriate for you to apply for a job with us after you graduate.

Our company is 08:00-18:00 on weekdays; It works between 08:00-14:00 on Saturdays.

To apply for an internship at Edya Yapı, visit our website at kariyer.baykartech.com/en. The summer internship program takes applications between January and March each year. Candidates can access the "Internship Applications" section by clicking the "Careers" button on our website. Please note that applications are only accepted online; applications by mail are not accepted.

A voluntary internship is an internship that you choose to do out of your own will and desire, for which your school does not cover your insurance. A compulsory internship is an internship insured by your school and stipulated by your department as a requirement for graduation.

Our prospective interns who want to do an internship at Edya Yapı during the summer period can only apply to one unit/department within one internship period. If you apply more than once with the same Turkish Republic ID number, the system will not accept your application. Applications of candidates with incorrect Turkish Republic ID numbers will not be accepted.

Candidates who will do their internship voluntarily can write the periods determined by their institution for that year in the relevant field. Candidates whose internship is compulsory should also indicate to us the number of compulsory internship days determined by their school if their internship period is longer or shorter than the period determined by our company. Candidates whose internship period is shorter than the number of days we have determined can terminate their internship if they wish after completing their compulsory internship period. Candidates whose internship period is longer than the number of days we have determined are evaluated separately.

We can hold a make-up exam for candidates who cannot attend due to force majeure. However, we adjust make-up exams according to available quotas and cannot guarantee availability for all candidates.

If you forget to fill out the Candidate Information Form during the exam, your exam will not be considered invalid. However, candidates who receive an invitation to the exam must first fill out the Candidate Information Form and start their exams upon completing the form.

Students who study at vocational and technical high schools can apply to do their compulsory internship at Edya Yapı.

Prospective interns who will undertake internships at Edya Yapı will need to arrange their own accommodation.

Prospective interns who will undertake internships at Edya Yapı will need to provide their own transportation to the company on the first day of their internship. At the end of the first day, planning will be made regarding the use and route of the shuttle service, and they will be able to benefit from this service throughout the internship.

Fergani operates on Saturdays for half a day. However, if your school's insurance does not cover Saturdays, you cannot participate due to Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

Prospective interns assigned to our campuses in Keşan or Çorlu are required to report to our headquarters in Hadımköy, Istanbul on their first day for orientation and training. Baykar Technologies will provide complimentary transportation to Keşan or Çorlu at day's end, so be sure to bring your luggage!

Since a certain quota is planned for each semester, there is no possibility of transition between semesters. If you are accepted to the internship, an alternative start date is offered only for the period you have chosen.
