Spring 2026 Semester | EDYA Hotel – Operations & Guest Services (Associate/Bachelor’s Degree Internship)

Çorlu EDYA Hotel Operations and Guest Services processes cover all activities related to front office, service, kitchen and housekeeping operations, which are carried out in accordance with hotel quality standards and with a focus on guest satisfaction. Within this scope, interns actively support daily hotel operations and take part in activities aimed at responding to guest requests.
Areas of responsibility include:

• Assisting with guest reception, reservation and front desk procedures,
• Supporting menu-based production planning and preparation stages,
• Assisting food production processes in line with hygiene and quality standards,
• Supporting service preparations and food & beverage service processes in restaurant and common areas,
• Assisting with room control, cleaning and supply tracking within the scope of housekeeping activities,
• Relaying guest requests to relevant personnel and following up on the process,
• Contributing to the preparation of daily operational reports

Candidates currently studying Tourism and Hotel Management, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Culinary Studies, Hospitality Management, Public Relations and Advertising, or other relevant associate/bachelor’s degree programs are eligible to apply.
