Hotel Breakfast Chef
Job Description:
- Ensure the preparation and presentation of breakfast menus in accordance with buffet content and standards.
- Manage the preparation, cooking, and presentation processes in compliance with quality, hygiene, and food management system regulations.
- Implement food safety, kitchen production standards, and company procedures while participating in necessary training programs.
- Execute menu applications in line with brand and hotel standards.
- Ensure that all ingredients are stored in accordance with regulations and comply with stock management rules.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
- Preferably a graduate of Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or a related discipline.
- Holds professional competency certificates.
- Expertise in breakfast and bakery product preparation, with strong presentation and service skills.
- Familiar with hotel service, presentation, and hospitality standards.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to comply with cost management and operational procedures.
- Keeps up with industry trends and continuously improves professional skills.
- Proficient in HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Prioritizes guest and team satisfaction.
- For male candidates, military service must be completed.
