Job Description:

  • Ensure the preparation and presentation of breakfast menus in accordance with buffet content and standards.
  • Manage the preparation, cooking, and presentation processes in compliance with quality, hygiene, and food management system regulations.
  • Implement food safety, kitchen production standards, and company procedures while participating in necessary training programs.
  • Execute menu applications in line with brand and hotel standards.
  • Ensure that all ingredients are stored in accordance with regulations and comply with stock management rules.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Preferably a graduate of Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or a related discipline.
  • Holds professional competency certificates.
  • Expertise in breakfast and bakery product preparation, with strong presentation and service skills.
  • Familiar with hotel service, presentation, and hospitality standards.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to comply with cost management and operational procedures.
  • Keeps up with industry trends and continuously improves professional skills.
  • Proficient in HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Prioritizes guest and team satisfaction.
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed.
