Hotel Kitchen Commis
Job Description:
- Assist chefs in hot, cold, breakfast, pastry, and A La Carte kitchens,
- Support the preparation of ingredients used in the kitchen,
- Work in compliance with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen production standards,
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area,
- Assist in proper storage of ingredients and adherence to stock management guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within a 5-star hotel in the tourism and hospitality industry,
- Experience in the preferred kitchen section,
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
- Customer satisfaction-focused,
- Committed to providing friendly and professional service,
- Knowledgeable about hygiene regulations and attentive to personal cleanliness,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours and shift-based schedules.
