Job Description:

  • Assist chefs in hot, cold, breakfast, pastry, and A La Carte kitchens,
  • Support the preparation of ingredients used in the kitchen,
  • Work in compliance with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen production standards,
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area,
  • Assist in proper storage of ingredients and adherence to stock management guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position within a 5-star hotel in the tourism and hospitality industry,
  • Experience in the preferred kitchen section,
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
  • Customer satisfaction-focused,
  • Committed to providing friendly and professional service,
  • Knowledgeable about hygiene regulations and attentive to personal cleanliness,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours and shift-based schedules.
